Job Description & Requirements
JOB OBJECTIVE
-Perform outbound cold calls to potential customers and present the promotion of the client with the objective of scheduling them to attend a presentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Must at least have undergone college/university level
-Preferably at least 6 months experience in a call center environment related to outbound sales preferably in a B2C (business-to-consumer) account
-Fresh graduates with good command in English will be entertained
-Willing to work night or graveyard shifts
-Should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Manually source leads and perform outbound cold calls to explain the details of the promotion.
-Transfer the customer to a closer to proceed with the next steps.
-For veteran Outbound Sales Associates, qualify potential customers to ensure they meet the criteria then schedule qualified customers to attend the presentation.
-Contact customers to follow up on initial interactions.
-Provide valuable feedback to immediate supervisor on how to improve the overall team performance.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE
-Knowledgeable in navigating basic MS computer applications 
-Good oral communication skills in English
-Sales skills in presenting, rapport-building, objection handling, prospecting and closing
-Has the ability to multi-task
