Job Description / Requirements
The team supervisors are responsible for consistently driving and exceeding the company’s given performance sales targets.
The supervisor supports and develops Team Leaders and sales agents by providing and delivering best in class service of coaching in areas of sales performance, customer interface and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide appropriate motivational techniques and empower team leaders to encourage high performance for their agents.
• Develop a high performing team by Identifying, prioritizing and coaching team leaders and agents on development areas and mentor them as needed.
• Track performance, provide and analyze reports and ensure quality of reports to ensure that target goals are met.
• Monitor and handle outliers on sales in close coordination with their team leaders.
• Supports trainees and agents by coordinating closely with Team Leaders and Trainers.
• Evaluate and appraise team leaders performance in order to ensure that targets are met.
• Maintain product and sales knowledge by learning the company training manual by heart.
Qualifications:
• Highly energetic and motivated.
• Strong Coaching Skills.
• Strong Motivation Skills.
• Strong in Data Analytics
• Solid background and proven track record in inbound and outbound sales and in managing people.
• Delivers accurate and timely reports
• Computer Literate
• At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
• Must be amenable to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule.
