Job Description & Requirements
· At least 1 year BPO / Call Center experience. RPO experience preferred.
· Must have a background in recruitment (sourcing and selection – end to end)
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
· Must be able to work in complex and fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
· Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential
· Strong negotiating skills and strong interpersonal and decision making skills are required
· Ability to operate as a true team player a must
· Must be willing to work nigh shifts
· Primarily responsible for initiating the hiring process for available positions.
· This includes sourcing, phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to client
· Review resumes and evaluate candidate through screening and interview processes to qualify for opportunities
· Source candidates using internal sites and specific job boards or web research
· Post available positions on the internet to increase available candidate pool
· Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent
· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
· Develop and maintain a solid relationship with client
· Good partnering skills
· Good People Skills, approachable, able to adjust to different levels of the organization
· For possible appraisal upon regularization
· Very competitive salary package = Basic pay + allowance + monthly incentive + night differential
