We are looking to add top Call Center agents to our team! We will expect our Customer Service agents to provide the best service
possible to our clients. The right candidate is someone with a personable personality, quick thinker, natural problem solver
Qualifications:
College Graduate
Must be computer literate and type at least 50 wpm.
Excellent English Communication skills and a courteous voice
Pleasing, Cheerful and Customer Oriented Personality
Ability to apply a logical problem solving approach
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through
Goal-oriented
Minimum 3 Months Call Center experience
Positive attitude and commitment to continual improvement.
Interview schedules:
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm
