Job Description & Requirements
-Manage the movement of products/equipment/material in and or out of the country in accordance with the organization policy and procedure and comply with relevaant local and international law and processes.
-Manage necessary documentation and online permit application such as PDEA, PEZA, etc. for cost efficient, cost effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
-Manage and control shipment scheduling for cost and efficient inbound and outbound expenditure.
-Plan and implement Import and Export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirement of the organization.
-Check and analyze commitment and data in terms of logistics target and product life cycle.
-Maintain and share with colleagues all relevant Import and Export law and procedures including duties and licenses and restrictions.
-Continually develop and search potential logistic provider that can provide reasonable cost.
-Ensure that all government reportorial activities are complied.
-Ensure that incoming shipment and deliveries are properly received, documented, keep and organized.

Job Requirement:
-Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and other Allied courses.
-With at least three years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up specializing production planning, logistics/supply chain
-Knowledgeable in PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations.
-Preferably with working knowledge in SAP system or other ERP system
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-Proficient in communication skills both written and oral
-No smoking
– Wiling to work in FPIP, BATANGAS
Salary: PHP 30,000
