LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
For Party Pals (E-Commerce Start-up Website)
The Logistics Administrative Assistant is a key part of the daily logistics and operations. He/She will assist in fulfilling customer orders, manage office operations, coordinate shoots/PR events and communicate with shipping partner, customers and the Party Pals team. The candidate will work with a dynamic team and be part of a fast-growing online business.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time position
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– College graduate (or undergraduate)
– 1-2 years experience in administrative work
– A plus: degree or background in Business / Retail Management / Supply Chain
SKILLS:
– Highly organized and meticulous
– Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Dropbox
– Self motivated, able to take initiative
– Able to work independently and multitask
-Ability to manage time-sensitive pressure in a professional manner
– The candidate must be enthusiastic, resourceful and eager to learn
– Good verbal and written communication skills, including English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Assist with daily processing of e-commerce (online) orders, shipments, and invoices
– Answer customer inquiries and provide customer service
– Maintain and update online and in house product inventory
– Assist in shoots and events
– Administrative support, as needed
