Fleet Coordinator – Samaritan’s Purse

KEY RESPONISBILITIES
§ Receive and track vehicle and driver movement as reported through regular scheduled driver check-in’s.
§ Collate data on Fleet operations for each month in the agreed format for management end of month reviews
§ Ensure accurate information filled in the driver’s timesheet and maintain key relationship with the HR and payroll team.
§ Responsible for processing the daily travel requests, allocating available vehicles and drivers. Ensuring that all processing is done accurately and in a timely manner.
§ Improve program and service quality by recommending new processes and procedures.
§ Maintain complete confidentiality at all times
§ Records all data in respect of repairs are correct.
§ Carries out regular progress checks on vehicles and equipment under servicing and repairs
§ Participates and supports the Fleet Department during meetings taking minutes and accurately recording the agreements and future appointments Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor
