Subscription Sales Supervisor – Loop Contact Solutions

Job Description & Requirements
Achieve the sales goals of the accounts assigned by leading, directing, and motivating the Subscription Sales Specialists to achieve their sales and other performance goals. S/He is responsible in boosting customer acquisition and revenues to both low-priced and high-priced newsletters by convincing customers to place orders and buy additional or longer term subscriptions.

Qualifications:
Has 3 years call center supervisory experience with at least two years in handling outbound telemarketing sales account in supervisor level.
Minimum educational attainment required: 3rd year college level

Skills required:
Very good English communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrably excellent sales skills.
Demonstrably excellent problem solving skills.
Has very good working knowledge with Excel and other data analysis reporting tools.
Demonstrably excellent in analyzing data
