Job Description & Requirements
JOB OBJECTIVE
Develop new business by searching for prospective clients and setting appointments for the Managing Director to meet revenue goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
– Must have at least 2 years of experience in a BPO environment related to outbound in a B2B (business-to-business) account
– Willing to work night or graveyard shifts
– Should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
– Search for prospects based on target qualifications to open new business opportunities.
– Research, reach out and conduct exploratory calls to prospects to understand current goals, needs and challenges of their organization in order to qualify them and offer our solutions.
– Set up meetings with qualified prospects for upper management to conduct business presentation and proposed solutions.
– Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through the CRM for sales forecasts.
– Work with upper management to improve and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
– Knowledgeable in MS applications
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
– Sales skills in prospecting, presenting, rapport-building and objection handling
– Time management skills and ability to set priorities
