Tupperware Brands Philippines, Inc. is hiring Sales Training Supervisor.

SALES TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Metro Manila: Legarda, Taft, Novaliches
Provinces: Davao, Dumaguete, Tacloban, Laoag, Vigan

Responsibilities:
• Identifies training needs and conducts sales training programs as prescribed in an effective, timely and cost efficient manner;
• Assists Field/Branch Sales and Operations Manager in the achievement of sales, recruitment and dealer activity rate targets of the branch;
• Ensures proper merchandising and information campaign of the following but not limited to campaign offers, incentive programs, plus plans, new products, sales and recruitment incentives;
• Helps the Field/Branch Sales and Operations Manager in conceptualizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating other sales offers and recruitment activities;
• Submits timely, accurate and complete reports.

Requirements:
• Willing and able to work extended hours and open to travelling. With supervisory skills and can work with minimum supervision.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
