Job Description & Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
2. Replenish displayed and stocked merchandise on time
3. Handle and display merchandise with care
4. Receive and check accuracy of deliveries and report discrepancies on time
5. Identify and segregate merchandise that are defective, for repair and/or for pull out, and report to his/her supervisor immediately
6. Strictly monitor merchandise inventory and safeguard merchandise from losses (ie. pilferage, damages, etc)
7. Conduct inventory count as scheduled
8. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the selling area and stockroom
9. Diligently prepare and submit required reports on time (ie. sales and inventory monitoring, competitive activities, price check, etc.)
10. Provide fast, efficient and courteous customer service at all times
11. Perform other tasks that may be required of him/her related to the job assignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Age bracket : 20 to 30 years old
2. Height: min 5’2” for ladies; 5’5” for men
3. Educational Background : Must have finished 1st year college or a high school graduate with Vocational / TESDA training certificate in electronics / sound engineering
4. Work Experience :
 Must have at least 1 to 2 years work experience as a sales promodiser in retail stores and/or appliance centers;
 Experience in cashiering, inventory monitoring, ordering, and stock control a plus
5. Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and selling skills
6. Very good English comprehension; can communicate well in both English and Filipino, and expresses himself/herself clearly
7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, dynamic, pro-active, eager to learn, and willing to share his/her knowledge of work assigned
8. Self-motivated and can work well under pressure
