Job Description / Requirements
*Recruit and create programs for new sellers that will help the company in Marketing its products
*Ensures complete documentation of the new accounts for the sale to become official
*Take part in sales activities to assist brokers and selling units
*Monitor product preferences of prospects to determine focus of sales efforts
*Direct, coordinate and review sales activities for positive results
*Create plans and programs to ensure sales target achievements
*Visits and meet with sellers to establish rapport; oversee and evaluate work performance of sales coordinator

Qualifications
*Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related course
*Preferably with previous managerial work experience
*Has worked in a Real Estate company is a plus
*With superior recruitment capabilities and proven managerial work experience
