Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Achieve the sales revenue and market share targets by promoting and selling Cardiology products across the Philippines
– Lead the recruitment and training/development of sales representatives and clinical specialists
– Ensure the customer sales cycle is complete
– Gather market intelligence (e.g. hospital usage, competitors products and pricing)
– Identify and develop KOL relationships and programs
– Monitor and control local inventory issues
– Support clinical study activities
– Conduct weekly sales meetings and create monthly reports

Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Business Management, or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Management in the medical field is required
– Exposure to Cardiology devices is highly preferred
– Solid experience in People Management is required
– Willing to travel nationwide, as well as overseas on short notice
– Willing to work on-call and outside office hours
