Qualifications:
• Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Must have 2 to 3 years substantial sales experience in Real Estate
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be a team player and goal oriented
• Preferably candidates with Corporate selling experience
• Self – motivated and goal driven
• Proactive

Job Description:
• To do sales presentation to buyers
• Qualify and assess capacity of a perspective buyer.
• Handle documentation and completion of accounts.
• To do Prospecting , Presentations, Qualifying, Tripping, Closing, Counseling, Finalizing and Fulfillment.
• Establish good relationship with client
