Job Description:
Efficient delivery of sales target
Conduct sales training and recruitment of brokers and agents
Ensure smooth and proper implementation of sales policies
Provide recommendations for the sales promos, sales incentives, policies and strategies
Management of day to day operations and recruitment of brokers and agents
Submit regular sales performance report and sales activity report

Qualification:
Must have a degree in any 4 year business course.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Optimistic, driven and results oriented.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both in oral and written form.
With 2 years selling experience from a Real Estate field.
Must be adept in sales planning and execution.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Candidate must be able to organize, assist and lead a group of Property Investment Consultant (PIC) to achieve sales target.
Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
