Job Description & Requirements
Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate/Master’s Degree, any field.
– Required skills: With very good verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills; Critical thinker; With above average selling skills.
– Required languages: English, Filipino
– At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.

Job Description:
– Will sell Hotel, Restaurant, Food Chains, Convenience Stores beverage and food equipment
– Can establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quota.
– Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the Company.
– Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
– Can develop field sales action plan.
– Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
– Assists Sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
– Educates Sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales report, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
