Sales Manager
Location: Cebu
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
A leading Financial Services company is currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales of the company’s products and sales personnel, develop and manage client and partner relationships and meet and exceed short-and long-term targets.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Negotiate price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits
 Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
 Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
 Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 3-5 years working experience in a related field
 Ideally, experience working in the Retail sector though not a requirement
 Established Networks in the industry
 Excellent English Communication, Business Correspondence and Presentation Skills
 Degree in any field.
