We are looking to expand our sales business in Philippines and people those are interested to work on sale commission basis may contact us.This is a Salary plus commission based position only.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Ambience’s services and pricing structure
Customer satisfaction and Quality Assurance programs will be administered by this position.
Sales / Quote Preparation, Presentations and advanced selling techniques will be employed
Complete all required paperwork after sales are consummated.
Track and make distributor Sales Call Follow-ups
Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company products
Provide Customer Follow-up and Periodic Correspondence
Handle incoming IAQ inquiries
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
Participate the company’s Growth Management System (GMS Board) on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
Other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Must have reliable transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales
Minimum 1-2 years business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business).
Must be able to read and speak the English language and the local language well enough to communicate.
This job is SALARY + COMMISSION BASED ONLY. Not hourly and/or fixed price
