Responsibilities
– Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
– Focuses sales effort by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
– Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
– Provide email and phone sales to existing and new clients.
Requirements:
– Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
– At least one year experience in travel industry
– Strong customer service orientation
– Inbound or outbound telesales
– Personable, dynamic and result driven
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Should possess the skills to work both in team and perform independently as well.
– Would like to be part of an organization that is fast growing and introducing new technology in the market.
– Willing to work in Alabang and in graveyard shift (If needed)
