Job Qualifications
1. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position among others.
3. Required Skills: Sales Management, Closing and Negotiation, and Business Planning.
4. Preferably has obtained at least 12 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) units as required by PRC.
5. Preferably with PRC and HLURB Accreditation
6. With license as Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
7. Willing to be assigned in project sites in San Juan, Roxas Boulevard, and Mall of Asia area.
8. 2 Full-Time positions available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our Sales Directors are responsible for managing the sales groups by ensuring productivity and efficiency are met.

1. Track sales performance of the team handling and deliver reviews and evaluation reports on a regular basis
2. Help team members in negotiation and closing of sales
3. Prepare proposal on different sales programs
4. Facilitate coaching and mentoring sessions
5. Create a productive work environment by applying appropriate team management skills to inspire a culture of efficiency and excellence
6. Ensure the completion of documentary requirements of each sales closed
7. Establish and maintain fruitful relationships with clients
8. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the head of sales
