Job Description / Requirements
Male/ Female (preferred age: 35 yrs. or under)
Bachelors Degree of Business Administration, Marketing or Management or other related course
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, both English and Filipino)
· People handling skills and experience.
· Knowledgeable in SM retail and other store operations.
· He / she must possess excellent customer-service and supervisory skills.

Effective at leading, directing and following-up.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivator.
Demonstrate strong attention to details.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Flexible, multi-tasking and willing to work long hours and field works.
Experience in sales related field is an advantage.
Pleasant and appealing both in appearance and personality.
Computer literate.
