Sales Coordinator – Pasig City

Job Description / Requirements
The SALES COORDINATOR will closely work with two departments, the Sales & Services and Operations and assigned company’s clients.

The SALES COORDINATOR will be task to:
• Provides Sales support to the Special Products and Lubricating Grease Group (SPLG)
• Prepares customer accreditation documents and all product quotations
• Generates of new product and new customer form
• Storing, updating and filing of pricing quotations, technical data and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
• Answers, communicates and handles all customer concerns.

Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or other Business related Courses.
• With previous experience in related field is a MUST.
• Should be keen on details and deadlines, resourceful, a good team player and good customer service.
• Proficient in computers and business communication.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
