Job Description / Requirements
STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communication relevant information
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Performs daily telemarketing activity to secure new clients and new orders
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assists in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials and events
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of at least Bachelors /College Degree, Marketing or equivalent
• At least with 1 year working experience in related field
• Preferably with 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales; experience as sales coordinator or in other administrative position will be considered as plus
• Good computer skills
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• A team player with high level of dedication
