Familiar with policies and procedures
Implements the day to day operations’ procedures
Follows guidelines on displaying mdse/mktg materials
Inventory Control (based on store’s score from Audit Department)
On time/Accurate updating of daily inventory records
Understands and follows instructions easily
Motivated to perform his job
Willingness to accept additional responsibilities/work assignments
Consistently giving suggestions on ways to improve sales/operations
Keeps Store Head informed of incidents/problems in the store
Readily admits mistakes/violations committed
Compliance to Company Rules and Regulations
