Job Description & Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing of the Sony Broadcast & Professional products and solutions in the Philippines:
• Ensure predictable and sustainable business growth through efficient management of channel partners across Philippines for all Sony Broadcast & Professional products.
• Achievement of revenue targets for all Sony Broadcast & Professional products & solutions in the Philippines
• Ensure consistent and competitive terms and conditions across the channel partners
• Prepare and execute Channel Sales and Marketing Plan
• Collaboratively develop and execute the channel strategy for sales and marketing. This facilitates meeting the company business goals for all relevant business units.
• Encourage and motivate channel partners to promote Sony Broadcast & Professional products in the market place.
• Identify and develop all opportunities for growth with Regional Team for new product lines, applications or market segments.
• Develop and manage the strategic relationship with all channel partners as appropriate, including, sales and marketing information, events, training, and promotions.
• Develop a partnership relationship at both management and commercial levels within partners and prospective partners. Work with channel partners on any non-standard terms and conditions
• Working in conjunction with Regional Team to facilitate national road shows, workshops, trainings and events PR with partners
• Facilitate regular technical training and run Sony Professional certification program for channel partners
• Manage the pricing structure for the channel and incentive plans with Regional Team
• Monitor competitor activities with the channel and regularly feedback to the Product Marketing Managers
• Work on constant improvement and quality of the channel with sales heads and define actions and follow up
Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration / Engineering or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales position, preferably in Broadcast industry, or B2B field.
• Demonstrated and sustainable record of in meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Experience in the connection with Content Production Houses/Event Organizers/system integrators is preferred
• Excellent knowledge in AV and IT products is an advantage
• Hardworking, logical thinking and willing to learn under pressure
• Good communication, people management and problem-solving skills
