Sales Account Executive
The position is responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies, to ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability targets. He will help grow the company through consumer awareness of the products/ IT solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree on Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
With 2 – 3 years experience in selling HR or Accounting systems, software or point-of-sale systems
Responsibilities:
Builds up business through gaining new customers and acquiring new accounts;
Follows up new business opportunities and setting up meetings;
Communicates new product developments / enhancements of existing products to clients;
Plans and prepares product presentations;
Gathers market and customer information;
Networks with industry professionals and stakeholders;
Establishes plans and strategies to expand customer and client base; and
Develops and executes sales activities based on agreed target sales quota or sales booking;
Determines a match between the benefits of the Business Solutions being offered and needs of the target client;
Monitors and validates actual sales targets to determine appropriate courses of actions that are deemed necessary in order to meet the targets;
Negotiates the terms of Sales Agreement and closing sales;
Negotiates on price and costs delivery; delivery and specifications with buyers/ clients;
Represents the company at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations; and
Handles customer complaints and or endorses them to proper technical support group for resolution or action, does follow-ups;
Formulates sales products policies, practices and procedures;
Develops maintains and updates account database; and
Monitors cost to help determine business indexes attributable to gap between budgeted and actual expenditures;
Keeps representation costs within reasonable limits or approved budgets to help maximize profitability; and
Liquidates cash advances made at least (three) 3 working days to help monitor expense incurred,
