We are currently expanding rapidly in Malaysia, Hongkong, Japan, Middle East and we seek highly talented individuals to join our young, dynamic and high achieving team to fill the available position.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate
Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 3Yrs & Up Experienced Employees.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team
through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales
managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining
processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business
relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of
reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters
and electronic bulletins
