We are looking for Sales Managers that can form and lead a team with 7 property agents.

Preferably:
* With solid experience in real estate industry;
* With excellent leadership skills and can hire, train, monitor, and motivate diligently;
* With the ability to flourish in a competitive environment;
* With a good level of numeracy; and
* With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and the capability to teach these to his/her sales team.
