Job Description:
• Managing a team of sales professionals
• Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group
• Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
• Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
• Must be willing to work in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan
• Must be willing to undergo rigid trainings

Job Requirements:
• Male or female of at least 30 to 45 years of age
• The ideal candidate should be a college graduate of any 4-year course or at least at 2nd year level
• Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets
• Preferred to have a background in real estate selling for at least 5 years
• With at least 5 sales manager and 5 salespeople ready to be on board ASAP
