Job Description / Requirements
The Visayan Speaking Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling corporate products and services through excellent telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold call prospects generated by Telemarketer
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
• Make outbound follow up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and upsell
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
• Evaluate client’s business requirements and match them with the company’s solution offerings
• Generate phone based revenue by evaluating leads and turning them into sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
• Achieve sales targets, attend client meetings and deliver sales presentations
• Establish rapport with potential customers
Hiring Criteria:
• Bachelor Degree holder in Business, Communications or Information Technology with good scholastic records.
• Must be fluent in Cebuano or other Visayan languages
• 3 – 5 years direct work experience in telesales, outbound sales
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals over the phone
• solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development
• Background in IT solutions selling an advantage
• Technology savvy and has initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Must be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent “Business Sense” for evaluating sales opportunities
• Excellent product presentation skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
