Job Details: BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for establishing goals, standards, implementing plans, and providing resources in order to grow the current base of business and drive profitability;
Employee recruiting, development, staffing, motivation and recognition; meets/exceeds client expectations; recommending and implementing program improvements;
Designs and utilizes ongoing quality assurance methods to improve team member performance and assure ongoing quality; manages an assigned base of accounts/businesses;
Coach and develop subordinates to achieve quality performance, setting priorities and attaining career development goals; accountable for continual prospecting activities to include significant efforts in various calling campaigns;
Building and developing scripting and actively coming up with new campaign opportunities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following
Minimum qualifications.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in communications, marketing, business, or a related field required
* Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years sales and/or marketing experience required
* Minimum 2 years lead or supervisory experience preferred in an inside sales/call centre sales environment
*Minimum 1 year experience with a global multi-location corporation preferred
Other
* Intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
* Basic knowledge of automated sales software preferred
* Amenable to work on shifting (Night Shift) and in Makati
