Job Description & Requirements
The Functional Consultant is a CRM consultant who will participate in billable customer projects to implement CRM solutions specifically for Salesforce.com. Consultant will provide business process expertise and application configuration expertise.
•Act in a consulting role on assigned projects.
•Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes.
•Analyze customers’ business requirements objectives
•Develops business processes to meet customers’ business needs.
•Prepare weekly status reports and client project management.
•Work as an integral part of the project team – coordinating activities with project manager and working effectively with customer and team members of all levels.
•Reports directly to the Senior Consultants and Project Manager for CRM-related activities.
•Supports the sales team during the pre-sales phase until such time a sale is won
•Assists the Senior Consultant in scoping activities with clients in order to determine functional, technical, development and integration requirements
•Performs end-to-end project management for simple and medium-complexity projects
•Documents client’s CRM requirements from workshops and discussions
•Assists in training preparation for CRM project implementation.
•Spearheads innovation and improvement for internal CRM implementation for IP Converge Data Services, Inc. (IPC).
•Provides technical support for CRM users within IP-Converge
•Attends regular meetings to ensure that all product, services and client-related activities and concerns are raised and discussed for appropriate action

Requirements
•B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
