Basic Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least: a High School/Vocational Diploma; those with a College Degree or higher will be preferred
Must be residing in LAGUNA (Sta. Rosa, San Pablo, Canlubang)
Age should fall between 22-35 years old
With at least three (3) years of relevant experience in People Management (5 staff maximum), Retail Sales. Field Work
Required skill(s): With Strong Personality, Confident in dealing with various types of people, Excellent Selling Skills, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
Full-Time position(s) available.
Brief Job Responsibilities:
Effectively lead the team of DSM and SA, manage performance, set weekly/monthly targets.
Maximally utilize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales).
Prepare regular reporting with SDSM/RSM. Tracking sales reports and analyze daily data.
