Job Details:
• Outbound calling to prospective customers and call campaigns in support of sales events and other marketing activities
• Contact prospects and explain the programs and benefits of products and services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques
• Deliver the highest level of service to customers by appropriately conveying knowledge and enthusiasm about the company’s products and services
• Build positive first impressions with clientele, while also contributing to a long-term, quality relationship with the Company
• Active participant in creating an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated telesales environment, focused on continuous improvement of sales processes for outbound sales and appointment entry
• Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives by providing customer feedback to management
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• Experience in online gaming (DOTA, Counterstrike, etc.) is an advantage for Non Voice Account
• At least 6 mos. Call Center experience in a Sales campaign (Voice & Non Voice)
• A good typing speed that is around at least 35 wpm is a must along with good writing skills
• Good knowledge of the language spoken and basic grammar
• Sound knowledge to process the orders, applications and forms and a proven track record to achieve them successfully within the stipulated time.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Must be flexible and dependable regarding work schedule
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
• Willing to start immediately
