Job Description & Requirements
The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing business and marketing plans, developing creative strategies to retain clients, assisting in Company’s branding and communication activities and managing customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 3 years experience working in business development or related function.
• Knowledge in client management, sales, project management, team management systems.
• Proven expertise in business development from proposal writing, ongoing relationship building to contract signing.
• Previous cold calling experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry a plus.
• Outbound sales representatives are also encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis.
