Job requirements:
-Must be a College Graduate of any Medical Course or IT Course.
-with or without PRC Lic.
-Must have a good English Communication skills.
-Computer-literate
-Willing to work night shifts
-Willing to Undergo Training
-Willing to work in Makati City
-With or WITHOUT call center experience
-Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer programs.
-Provide respectful, courteous and professional support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Answer and process customer calls effectively and efficiently
2) Maintain effective call ownership
3) Proactively work to improve self, team, department, product, and company
4) Demonstrate an increased ability to work with escalated customers and issues
5) Learn and demonstrate advanced product knowledge, including interactions with third party add-on products
