Job Description / Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
• Male of Female
• Graduate/Undergraduate of related Eng’g course ( electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
• With 3 years experience in the same capacity preferably in a similar industry
• Proficient in using computer
• Good command of written & spoken English and ability to prepare reports.
• planning and organizing staff shift and tasks
• monitoring quality control

MINIMUM SKILLS:
• leadership skills to motivate staff and manage a team
• the ability to meet targets and deadlines
• excellent time management skills
• an approachable manner and good communication skills
• excellent problem-solving skills
• effective decision making skills
• the ability to write reports and compile accurate records
• a willingness to work flexibly
