This is for direct hire and regular employment for an agricultural firm.
• Supervise the operations in the plant or field operations
• Supervise the cost and efficiency of plant or field operations
• Oversee the manpower assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field specializing in Agriculture or equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills and flexible
• Willing to be assigned in Sultan Kudarat, Agusan Del Sur, or South Cotabato
