Job Description / Requirements
* Female / 23 to 30 years old
* Graduate of any Engineering or Management course.
* With at least 2 years working experience as manufacturing supervisor
* Supervises the area of responsibility and shall take full control of the implementation of department generated
systems and procedures, plans and programs, planning and scheduling and monitor and evaluate performance of
subordinates.
* Supervises her section to ensure smooth operation and achievement of target
* Discusses production performance, product output, and quality with supervisors and assist them in their day-to-day
work.
