• with or without experience
• graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering/ BS Industrial Engineering
• Familiar with Line Management and Production Efficiency Improvement
• With knowledge on Process Improvement and Development
• With knowledge on hands on machine troubleshooting
• Willing to work in the cross-cultural work environment
• Japanese speaker preferable
• Computer literate
• Good leadership & communication skills
• Can work effectively under pressure and has positive attitude
• Full time position available
