Said Bawazir Trd Corp is hiring Merchandiser Manager.

URGENTLY REQUIRED
MERCHANDISING Manager
(CODE : MM)

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategy for product layout and display in supermarkets, stores and others
– Collect and analyze relevant market information and accordingly develop and implement best product
– Manage and lead subordinates and show leadership skill
– Set sales plans, monitor performance. Teach techniques, motivate, etc
– Manage and minimize sales related expenses
– Provide expert advice and support to event management in the region / area on the need for and exploitation of merchandising materials

Requirements :
– Male, age 27 – 45
– Diploma or Bachelor Degree with concentration in Business, Sales or Marketing
– Having experience in related field for 5 years minimum
– Moslem is a must
– Excellent communication skill
– Customer Focus, Leadership, Self-reliant and Self-motivated
– Target oriented and able to work with tight deadlines
– Good team-working skill
– Able to follow instruction with great attention to details is essential
– Excellent English or Arabic
– Willing to work in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
