Job Description / Requirements
Responsible for developing and implementing Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) program for employees and staff house. Monitors the company’s compliance with the current health & safety legislation and regulations of Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) and Department of Health (DOH). Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and implements programs to increase employee health & safety awareness
Conduct and coordination of safety and health training programs
Design and implementation of health & safety activities
Design and release of communication and campaign materials via email, bulletin boards, etc.
Handles employee events and activities. Addresses and/or provides assistance on Labor relations concerns of employees
Participates in meetings, research analysis, presentations and other activities. Addresses concerns of employees, recommends solutions and/or refers them to proper authorities
Qualification/s:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management , Nursing, Psychology or equivalent
Required skill(s): basic occupational safety & health, employee relations, training & presentation skills, organization skills
