Job Description
• Assist in the set-up and continued enhancement of CRM system including creating campaigns, email templates, Ecommerce items, and workflows.
• Design, implement and track performance of email campaigns within Infusionsoft.
• Set up Marketing Campaigns in Infusionsoft.
• Assist in modifying and setting up new functions within the CRM system.
• Managing a list of projects that have concrete deliverables on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Compiling data on key metrics for KPI reports for Marketing and Sales
• Interact with clients via phone and email regarding on-going questions related to the system.
Requirements:
• With at least 1 year experience with a major CRM system – Infusionsoft
• Has direct client relationship management experience.
• Has proven analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Able to identify key performance indicators and creating reports for clients and analyzing the results.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English as you will be dealing with Australian clients.
• Has experience working in a fast paced, professional environment.
• Has ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with clients, team members, and others.
• Highly reliable, very mature, professional and can take over varied responsibilities as needed
• Able to work Australian working hours (AEST) 2-3 hours time difference (7am-4pm Philippine Time)
