Job Description
The Entrepreneur Secret is searching for a “Virtual Assistant (Project Manager)”. The Responsibilities of a “Virtual Assistant (Project Manager)” may include the following tasks: • Review of the day’s agenda. (following up on buyers & sellers, task completion, daily calls, etc.) • Review of email accounts daily and responding accordingly. • Communication with direct clients. (reviewing transactions, marketing, customer interaction) • Delegation of tasks to staff for specific clients. (assigning calls, providing direction for data miners, coordinating with other departments, etc.) • Compiling and sending weekly reports to clients • Communicating with client sellers, buyers, realtors, title companies, and others if need be • Updating and uploading necessary client info.
Job Qualifications
He/She must have the following qualities and experiences in order to fulfill the tasks successfully.
• Must have sufficient background to properly engage with real estate realtors and investors.
• Must have experience in project management and has the necessary expertise in properly organizing projects.
• Must be capable of pulling out leads based on the client’s criteria.
• Previous calling experience.
• Hourly rates are negotiable and can change depending on your skills and experience.
• Good work ethic and engaging attitude
This is a remote work position. Applicants must have at least a minimum of 10Mbps internet connection speed and computer technical specification of at least an i3 processor and 8Gbs of RAM.
