Job Details: Job Description
• Execute operational activities on the content chains (live video and VoD) needed to optimize the service
• Apply technical knowledge to solve incidents and problems and fulfill service requests
• Analyze platform warnings, checking content chain performance and executing Performs Operations activities to solve events
• Apply video content management skills to operational support on the platform
Qualification:
– Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
– Has some affinity with and understanding of the video content chain
– With solid knowledge of Akamai CDN and Play ready DRM
– Preferably with knowledge of Brightcove and Native players on IOS or Android – Effective English communication skills
– Has an understanding of what it takes to deliver great service to demanding customers
– Has the ability to deal with a complicated technical landscape within a multi-cultural environment spread in various international locations
– Can provide full-time commitment to the project
– Has an obsession for technical detail and eagerness to troubleshoot and create solutions from scratch to new problems
– Preferably with basic video background
– Familiar with tools such as Uptime Robot, Jira, and GitHub
