ARMSCOR GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES INC. is hiring Training and Development (Manager).

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, Others or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
Effective planning and management skills
Effective training and presentation skills
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Good judgement in profiling and identifying best people
Manufacturing Exposure is a PLUS
Willing to be assigned in Marikina City

Responsibilities:
Evaluate training needs of each employee and plan training programs accordingly.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Create an overall or individual training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and ROI periodically.
Recommend and manage training budget
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, development and best practices
Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the organization
