Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in examinees as they arrive at the Testing Center.
• Verify and authenticate the identification of examinees.
• Explain exam procedures clearly, provide assistance as needed, and ensure exam security.
• Learn and implement detailed exam procedures and adhere to appropriate protocols.
• Meet and interact with examinees in a tactful and courteous manner while enforcing rules and procedures.
• Comprehend testing procedures as provided by manuals, instructions and adhere to appropriate protocol.
• Provide a secure, comfortable, and friendly testing environment.
• Monitor examinees while testing is ongoing and respond to inquiries.
• Organize materials and schedules.
• Attend to queries regarding exams and schedules.
• Keep all information confidential.
• Promote and market Certification Exams using all available channels.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, social media channels promptly and accurately.
• Perform admin related tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Hiring Criteria:
• 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, sales admin or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
• Highly accurate, organized and pays attention to details.
• Adaptable and able to multitask.
• Reliable and a good team player.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows applications, internet and various office machines.
• Willing to report to our office in Makati City.
