Technical Recruiter – Cebu City – Human Factor

Job Description & Requirements
Human Factor is looking for a dynamic recruiter for its business partners in Cebu City. You are a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Execute recruiting and pipelining plans.
-Identify recruiting resources to source and certify new talent. Develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
-Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent.
-Assist Hiring Managers with the drafting of exceptional job descriptions
-Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously
-Ensure timely and thorough candidate screenings
-Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
-Interview high potential talent on an exploratory basis.

REQUIRMENTS:
-At least 1 year experience in the same field
-Excellent command of the written and oral English language
-Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
-A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
-Outstanding networking and communication skills
-An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
-BA/BS degree required
-Willing to work in Cebu City
