Job Description & Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leads the attanment of sales target for the shift
2. Ensure’s the teams’s implementation of Customer Service during the shift
3. Ensures compliance to company standards, rules and regulations within the stint and elevates issues and concerns encountered related thereto
4. Acts as a Reliever of the Cashier during breaks of the latter
5. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements
1. With strong leadership and good communication skills
2. Analytical and detail oriented
3. Willing to work in shifts and extended hours
4. College graduate
5. Five (5) months experience in leading a team
6. Fresh graduates with exceptional leadership skills are encouraged to apply
7. Not more than thirty (30) years old
8. Business Understanding: Store Operations in a convenience store set-up, People management, working knowledge in Merchandising management and plan-o-gram implementation, Inventory management, sanitation management and food handling systems.
9. Five (5) full time positions are open for Familymart stores
10. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas/Eastwood Quezon City Area
