Job Summary
– the Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future corporate talent requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sources qualified candidates to fill vacant positions based on established hiring requirements
2. Ensures optimization of existing sourcing channels, including online job sites, academic and institutional linkages, headhunters, referral programs, social media, online search engines, etc.
3. Works with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in developing sourcing strategies aimed at generating continuous candidate flow.
4. Represent the company in all external and internal corporate talent sourcing activities/programs.
5. Creates and maintains a candidate database for future talent sourcing requirements, and ensures data integrity of all information.
6. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
– candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
– at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– preferably 1-4 yrs experienced Employees Specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
– 1 full-time position available
